Terms and conditions of service

1. Premise

By completing the purchase procedure on alexoo.it, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale, which govern the various phases of the transaction before, during, and after the conclusion of the contract.
The contract is considered concluded at the moment of the order confirmation sent by Alexoo Srl to the email address provided by the customer.

3. Subject of the Contract

The contract concerns the distance selling of footwear, clothing, accessories, and other goods available in the online catalog of Alexoo.it, based on the characteristics and descriptions indicated in the individual product sheets.

4.Purchase and payment methods

Orders can only be placed online through the website alexoo.it.
The accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, cash on delivery (with an additional fee of €4.90), bank transfer, and other methods that may be available at checkout.

5. Products and availability

Alexoo.it is committed to keeping the online catalog updated.If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be notified via email or phone and can choose to:

modify the order;
cancel it with a full refund of any amount already paid.

The images of the products are for representative purposes: there may be slight differences in color or detail due to photographic processing or the settings of the devices used by the customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free for orders over €59. For amounts below this, a fixed fee of €5.90 is applied.
Delivery is made via express courier or, in special cases (minor islands/remote locations), via expedited postal service.
Alexoo Srl is not responsible for any delays attributable to couriers or force majeure.
At the time of delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the package and, in case of anomalies, to accept with a specific reservation (“damaged package, I accept with reservation”) and to immediately inform customer service.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

According to D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the delivery of the product.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, including original packaging and accessories.
Returns of used, damaged, or improperly packaged items will not be accepted
To make returns easier, Alexoo Srl offers the option to return items for Alexoo Credit.

Alternatively, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Alexoo Credit is issued in the form of a gift card with no expiration date, usable for future purchases on the site.

8. Legal warranty of conformity

All products sold are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects in conformity, pursuant to Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code.
The customer must report the defect within 2 months of discovery, sending written communication to servizioclienti@alexoo.it.

9. Limitations of Liability

Alexoo Srl guarantees that the products meet the declared quality standards and are suitable for the intended use. However:

It cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper, incorrect, or non-compliant use of the purchased products.
It is the customer's responsibility to assess their physical suitability, balance, and stability when using footwear, particularly those with heels or specific features that require attention.
Alexoo Srl is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from falls, slips, loss of balance, or use of footwear in unsuitable contexts (e.g., ceremonies with stairs, sports activities, slippery or uneven surfaces).
If a product is damaged due to improper use (e.g.the breakage of a heel in inappropriate contexts), such events cannot be attributed to Alexoo Srl.
The seller's liability remains solely for defects in conformity attributable to the product at the time of delivery and protected by the legal warranty.

Alexoo Srl will handle every complaint with the utmost availability and, if necessary, will interface with the manufacturers to resolve issues not directly attributable.

11. Applicable law and competent court

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer is competent, if located within the territory of the State.In all other cases, the Court of Torre Annunziata (NA) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
