that concern the various phases of the transaction before and after it takes place.

Alexoo.it also commits to including photos of the same products available in stock on the site but does not assume any responsibility for any variations due to photographic processing or screen settings.
Shipping:
Shipping is free for orders over 59€, for orders totaling less than this amount a fixed fee of 5.90€ will apply for the entire order. Shipping is always carried out via express courier, Alexoo reserves the right to ship via expedited postal service in the
event that the destination is a minor island or remote location. Delivery times are not included in the contractual conditions. Alexoo disclaims any responsibility regarding the timing of shipping for both direct and indirect liabilities.
The customer, at the time of delivery, is required to check the integrity of the delivered package. In case of a damaged or tampered package, immediately contest the incident with the courier and add the wording: "damaged package, I accept with reservation" along with your signature on the delivery note.
In this case, please inform us of the incident as soon as possible.
Exchanges and returns:
According to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 regarding distance selling, the customer has the right to return the ordered products within 10 days from the delivery of the goods. An additional 20 days are offered by alexoo.it for a total of 30 days to make a return.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, both regarding the product itself and any accessories, including the packaging or case of the product.
We offer the possibility to return items for Alexoo Credit.
The credit has no expiration date and is issued within 10 days of receiving the return at the warehouse.
The full amount of the order (including shipping costs) will be credited.
The packaging must be prepared suitably for transport, using the same packaging received or alternatively with similarly sturdy packaging so that the package returns to the warehouse in perfect condition.It is explicitly required not to place adhesive tape on the shoe box but to always pack it with the same packaging received or with one of equal sturdiness.
Returns of products shipped without packaging or with adhesive tape directly attached to the shoe box, without a layer of protection, will not be accepted.
If any of the points listed above are not respected alexoo.it, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
In the case of a return for a refund not with Alexoo credit, the return will be at the buyer's expense and care.
The refund is processed via the original payment method.
Alexoo Credit:
Alexoo Credit is effectively a refund, which has no expiration date or usage limitations.
Alexoo Credit can be redeemed via a gift card that will be issued and sent to the email address associated with the returned order. Simply copy the gift card code, enter it at checkout, and the total amount or part of it will be automatically deducted if the value of the gift card exceeds that of the order being placed; in this case, the remaining credit will remain available and the residual amount can be easily spent later.
The Alexoo credit is non-refundable.
