🔄 Product Exchange
We do not offer direct exchange service, but you can:
Return the product for Alexoo Credit (free) and reorder the desired product.You will not pay shipping costs twice!
Place a new order right away and return the first one for Alexoo Credit. This way, you avoid the risk of not finding your size available anymore.
💰 Return for Monetary Refund

If you first request a return for Alexoo Credit,you will no longer be able to convert it into a monetary refund.

- Used products or with signs of wear
- Damaged original packaging
- Products without original packaging
- Packaging with adhesive tape on the original packaging
Use the same box received or one of equal strength. Do not attach adhesive tape directly to the product packaging.
🔄 Return limit with credit: Maximum 3 consecutive returns for orders paid with Alexoo Credit
