How do I place an order?
Ordering is very easy.
Select your size and click on add to cart, then click on proceed from the'cart preview and you will arrive at the checkout where you can first choose to make a convenient fast checkout with PayPal or Apple Pay (only from Apple mobile) or the standard checkout where you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, and there are no additional costs! On the payment screen of the checkout, you just need to select the option "Cash on delivery".
If you select cash on delivery, remember to prepare the correct amount at the delivery address and to inform any housemates about the arrival of the package.

How can I check the status of my order?
At the time of shipment of the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to track the package.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
You can cancel or modify an order; however, this is not always possible as we prepare and ship your packages promptly (for your satisfaction). As soon as you realize you want to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and they will assist you if it is still possible.
My shipment is on hold, how do I reschedule the delivery?
To reschedule the delivery of your order that has been put on hold, please provide our customer service with more information regarding your address or an alternative where the courier can find someone to deliver to.

I have not received the order confirmation email.
If you have not received the confirmation email, in most cases it is because the email address was not entered correctly; however, please check your spam folder as well.
If you still cannot find it there, please write to Servizioclienti@alexoo.it dallthe same email address you used to place the order, and we will resend the confirmation to you.
In any case, if you have reached the thank you page, please know that your order has been received correctly :)
