Is the return free?
It is free to request a refund on the Alexoo Credit.
This can be used whenever you want since it is without expiration.
Remember that in addition to the cost of the product, you will also be refunded the shipping costs (if paid) to make the new order 100% free of charge.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the return for a monetary refund free of charge; in this case, the return is at the customer's care and expense.

do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but by returning for a refund with Alexoo credit, you will be refunded the cost of the product + shipping costs (if paid) to make the process 100% free
.How does Alexoo credit work?
The Alexoo credit works with a code that must be entered at checkout; this code is linked to your email and cannot be used by third parties.
The credit, when used, is deducted from the amount to be paid, and if it exceeds the cart total, it will not expire but will remain usable for the remaining available amount.

When and how will I receive the refund for my return?
The refund is processed as soon as possible by our offices, with a maximum timeframe of 10 working days from the receipt of the package.
The refund is made to Alexoo Credit if requested on the return form
Monetary refund requests will be processed using the same payment method if paid in advance or via bank transfer if paid on delivery
